Nokia has released their new phone – ‘Nokia 808 PureView‘ at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2012. But what’s so specific in it that it has brought a Revolution in Imaging ? I mean every phone now has camera’s of 8MP – 12MP. It’s so common now that a phone having a camera of 12MP like Nokia N8 has become less popular and most of the people have it. Nothing new in that. But the thing which makes Nokia 808 PureView the Pro Imaging Phone is, ‘The Combination of a Large, Super High Resolution 41 Mega Pixel Camera with High Performance Carl Zeiss optics.‘ Well you heard that right. With its groundbreaking 41 MP image quality, Carl Zeiss lens, and PureView imaging technology, you’ll take the best photos ever with a smartphone.

The large sensor enables pixel oversampling, which means the combination of many pixels into one perfect pixel. PureView imaging technology is the result of many years of research and development and the tangible fruits of this work are amazing image quality, lossless zoom, and superior low light performance. Nokia has done a mouth widening job with this Hell Amazing Innovation.

The first device to feature Nokia PureView Pro camera technology is the Nokia 808 PureView, which gives people the means to take better images and video footage than ever before.

PureView Pro Imaging Specifications :

• 41Mpix sensor with pixel oversampling
• Lossless zoom: 3x for stills, 4x for full HD 1080p video
• Carl Zeiss optics

Features

1. Revolutionary How good can a pixel be ?

With its groundbreaking 41 MP image quality, Carl Zeiss lens, and PureView imaging technology, you’ll take the best photos ever with a smartphone. For example, when you want a 5 MP photo, PureView packs the goodness of 7 pixels into 1 for sharp, clear, and ready to share photos.

2. Expressive HD Video

Film in high definition and hi-fi. There’s 1080p Full HD video recording with up to 4 x lossless zoom that’s smooth and completely silent. And it’s the world’s first device to include High Amplitude Audio Capture. This combines a unique digital microphone and Nokia algorithms to record distortion-free audio at levels of up to 140 dB.

3. Spontaneous Zoom & Zoom Again

Zoom closer and react faster. The camera activates in less than a second so it’s ready to shoot when you need. You can zoom as fast as your finger up to 3 times as close with zero loss of detail. PureView can even shoot smooth Full HD video at 30 frames per second at 4 times zoom.

4. Illuminating Don’t be afraid of the Dark

The drama of the darkness is always a photographic challenge. However, in addition to the Carl Zeiss lens and 41 MP sensor, the Nokia 808 PureView gives you a powerful Xenon flash and LED video light so you’re ready for spontaneous moments when spirits are high and the lights are low.

Summary

Nokia 808 PureView Pro turns conventional thinking on its head. It dispenses with the usual scaling/interpolation model of digital zoom used in virtually all smartphones, as well as optical zoom used in most digital cameras, where a series of lens elements moves back and forth to vary the magnification and field of view.

The result ? Unprecedented camera control and versatility, combined with truly spectacular-quality images and video. Nokia 808 PureView sets new industry standards — it will give you around 3x lossless zoom for stills, and 4x zoom in full HD 1080p. For 720p HD video, you’re looking at 6x lossless zoom. And for nHD (640×360) video, an amazing 12x zoom!

Who said Symbian is dead ? You can see the revolutionary answer to this with this new innovation  This is great turning point in the Mobile Imaging Technology in which Nokia has stepped in as the first Brand introducing such a High Resolution Smartphone. Soon you will find other popular brands like Sony, will be coming up with such smartphone’s with high resolutions cams. The only cons of the phone is of having a 4 inch screen which doesn’t fit with the camera resolution. But so far so good, this is the best phone launched by Nokia yet having a 41MP cam. Check out the video which says it all

And if you’re in a location without a 4G LTE network, you’ll still get access to fast 3G networks including HSPA, HSPA+, and DC-HSDPA.
For the first time, you can share the high-speed data connection on your iPad. If your carrier supports it, set up iPad as a personal hotspot to connect up to five devices — such as a MacBook Air, an iPod touch, or another iPad.

3. 5MP iSight Camera

The New Apple iPad 3 features a 5MP iSight camera with advanced optics, a backside illumination sensor, auto white balance, and face detection for incredible still images. And you can record 1080p HD video, too. The A5X chip with quad-core graphics drives four times the pixels of iPad 2 yet it delivers the same smoothness and fluidity iPad is known for. Even with all that extra oomph, the new iPad still gets an amazing 10 hours of battery life. The Retina display on the new iPad wouldn’t be possible without the new and powerful A5X chip.

It drives power to every one of the 3.1 million pixels in the display. And its quad-core graphics processing makes everything you do on iPad feel incredibly responsive. Preloaded Apps of Aakash TAB.

This TAB will create a huge mark of Revolution in the Technology Field of India  Students have got a golden opportunity with the launch of Aakash Tablet PC. Well, hope this is the start of a new era of technological science in India.

When is India’s cheapest tablet called Aakash hitting market? This is the question that everyone are asking now! No doubt though! I have been hearing for quite a while now that the Aakash tablet would be rolled out from the Indian government for $35 in the month of November. According to the sources, the Aakash tablets would be sold at Rs. 2999 from November commercially. This cheapest tablet would be handy especially for students as it is available at a cheaper price for them.

The company is expecting to have 100,000 customers per month which would help them for the commercial variant of the tablet. They are also planning to have an alternative manufacturing plant which would in turn help the company to increase the tablets production.

Another interesting fact is that, the basic version of Aakash tab for students will be tagged with Aircel, telecommunication service provider, which will be providing SIM cards which can be used for internet accessing through the 3G network.
